KeyVault — Privacy Policy

Suerte Works ("we") operates KeyVault, a Wix app that automatically e-mails license keys, serial numbers and vouchers to your customers after they pay. This policy explains what we process on your behalf.

What we store

• Your site: the Wix app instance ID and your KeyVault settings (low-stock threshold, alert e-mail).
• License keys you upload: stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM). The dashboard only ever shows masked keys.
• Order data needed for delivery: Wix order ID, the purchased digital product IDs and quantities, and the buyer's e-mail address.

Why

Solely to deliver purchased keys, prevent duplicates, show you an audit log, and send low-stock alerts. We do not sell data, do not use buyer e-mails for marketing, and do not build contact databases.

Processors

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting and database (Workers, D1).
• Wix.com Ltd. — order events, billing and e-mail delivery (Wix Email Transmissions API).

Retention and deletion

All data for a site is deleted when you uninstall the app. Order records of delivered keys are kept while the app is installed so you have an audit trail. You can erase a buyer's personal data at any time (Wix privacy requests are honoured automatically, and the dashboard supports erasure by e-mail). Refunded or canceled orders revoke the delivered keys.

Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. Requests are authenticated with Wix-signed tokens; each site can only access its own data. Secrets are stored as encrypted platform secrets.
